INGREDIENTS
20ml Lanique Spirit of Rose
35ml Cuckoo Solace Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
25ml Egg White
15ml Simple Syrup
2 Raspberries
METHOD
Muddle the raspberries in a shaker, then will with remaining ingredients and ice.
Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail stick.
